The AD7512DIKN is a protected analog switch. It features over-voltage protection up to ±25V above the power supplies. The benefits are obtained without sacrificing the low ON resistance or low leakage current, the main features of an analog switch. The AD7512DIKN consists of four independent SPST analog switched packaged in either a 16-pin DIP or a 20-terminal surface mount package. It differs only in that the digital control logic is inverted. The AD7512DIKN has two independent SPDI switches packaged either in a 14-pin DIP or a 20-terminal surface mount packzge.
